These comprehensive special audits are conducted on an interim or annual basis, tailored to the specific contractual requirements of each funding body.
The international funding agencies, apart from USAID, for whom, the donors audit was performed include:
- Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC),
- The Government of The Hongkong Shanghai Special Administrative Region, (HKSAR),
- Life is Good (LG International - Korea), Project Nirmanshree (European Union-Thailand).
We have conducted CSR audits under Section 135 of the Companies Act 2013 for numerous organizations.
As per the Act and ICAI guidance, companies meeting specified thresholds—such as net worth of ?500 crore, turnover of ?1,000 crore, or net profit of ?5 crore—must dedicate at least 2% of their average net profits over the preceding three years to CSR initiatives.
